Michael is on a mission to help others expand their human potential by forging a path for innovative mental healthcare.

Dr. Stephanie Washburn

COO

Stephanie Washburn, PhD is a Neuroscientist and Psychedelic Science Advocate with a PhD in Psychology from Texas A & M. She is an experienced clinical research/medical affairs professional with proven ability to bring products to market, facilitate communication of key clinical study results, and promote successful physician relations in assigned territory.

Dr. Kristel Carrington

CMO

Kristel Carrington is a board-certified psychiatrist, psychotherapist, and psychopharmacologist with degrees in Neuroscience from Columbia and an MD from Yale. She specializes in treating a range of mental health disorders using evidence-based, patient-focused methods.

Erik Kallenbach

CTO

Erik is a passionate Data Scientist, with a degrees from Carnegie Mellon, MS from Berkeley and MBA from Columbia University. Published in Computational Chemistry, Erik believes AI gives us the power to understand complex phenomena through the workings of the human brain, building complex Ai models and designing the best process.

Greg Fonzo, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences and co-director of the Center for Psychedelic Research and Therapy at Dell Medical School. He is also a courtesy assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at The University of Texas at Austin.
